Welcome to Srinagar! Whether you arrive in the morning or afternoon, you'll be picked up from the airport (the drive to your hotel takes about 1-2 hours).
After checking in, set out for local sightseeing.
Visit the Sri Shankaracharya Temple, Lal Chowk (watch tower), and Jamia Masjid.
After your tour, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2Srinagar to Sonmarg (Winter Expedition)

Start your day with an early breakfast and prepare for the day's journey which is approximately a 4-hour drive.
Enjoy a drive along the Sindh River as you head towards Sonmarg, known as the 'Meadow of Gold,' and get a glimpse of the rugged terrain leading to Ladakh.
Explore the base for the Amarnath Yatra and, if you're up for it, choose between a pony ride or a cab ride to Thajiwas Glacier or Zero Point (at your own expense).
Afterward, return to Srinagar and rest for the evening.

Begin your day with a transfer to the Union Cab Stand for your trip to Gulmarg.
You can hire a cab (fare not included) to visit Gulmarg and take in the beauty of Drung Waterfall.
Enjoy lunch at a cafe (at your own cost) and take a ride on the Gulmarg Gondola (at your own cost) to enjoy the views.
Later, return to the Union Cab Stand on your own and then head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Your stay can be arranged in either Gulmarg or Srinagar, depending on your preference.

Have breakfast, check out from your hotel, and head to Pahalgam.
If regular transport is unavailable, you'll transfer to the Union Cab Stand and hire a cab (fare not included) to explore Pahalgam.
Visit Pahalgam’s iconic spots like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari.
For a unique experience, consider a mule or horse ride to Khajjar, which is often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India” (at your own expense).
Afterward, return to the cab stand on your own and get transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.
