Today you will be exploring Kathmandu, starting off with Pashupatinath Temple, one of Nepal's most sacred Hindu temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Located on the banks of the Bagmati River, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is renowned for its stunning pagoda architecture, richly adorned with intricate carvings.
Visit the Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple, a historic Buddhist stupa in Kathmandu. Perched atop a hill, it offers panoramic views of the city. The stupa is adorned with the iconic Buddha eyes, prayer flags, and intricate carvings.
Have a self-sponsored lunch and visit the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most significant Buddhist stupas in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it features a massive white dome topped with a golden spire, adorned with Buddha's all-seeing eyes.
Later, visit the Budhanilkantha, a sacred Hindu site featuring a large, reclining statue of Lord Vishnu, carved from a single black stone. The statue lies in a pool of water, symbolizing the cosmic ocean.
End your day by visiting Durbar Square, a historic complex of palaces, courtyards, and temples reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the Kathmandu Valley.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it was once the royal residence and is now a vibrant center of art, architecture, and history, showcasing exquisite Newari craftsmanship and traditional festivals.

Wake up and have your breakfast.
Early morning: Travel to the airport and take a 25-minute flight to Jomsom.
Arrival at Jomsom Airport, then walk five minutes to the hotel.
After a quick break, walk ten to fifteen minutes to the jeep stand, then take a two- to three-hour trip to Muktinath (20 kilometres).
Along the route, you may take in the breathtaking views of the George of the Gandaki River, a monastery, and Kagbeni. It serves as the gateway to Upper Mustang and is known for its ancient monasteries, traditional mud-brick houses, and stunning views of the Himalayas.
Arrive at Ranipauwa (3710 m) and walk for 40 minutes to reach the Muktinath temple, where you may have a holy bath in 108 "Muktidhara" water fountains. In front of the temple, there are two kundas called Muktikunda.
Walk to the Jwalamai Temple, which has a constant flame, after receiving darshan, then return to Ranipauwa.
Return to Jomsom by Jeep (2–3 hours) and return by foot to your accommodation.

Arrive at Jomsom Airport early in the morning to get a flight to Pokhara.

Head sightseeing in Pokhara, starting off with Devi's Fall, a captivating natural waterfall where the Pardi Khola stream vanishes into an underground tunnel. Named after a tragic incident involving a tourist, it's known locally as Patale Chhango, or "Hell's Fall.”
Then visit the Bindabasini Temple, a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Goddess Durga, located on a hilltop with panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains.
Visit the Mahendra Cave, a fascinating limestone cave named after King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. Known for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites, the cave offers an adventurous exploration experience.
Later, visit the Barahi Temple, situated on an island in Phewa Lake, Pokhara. It is a striking two-story pagoda dedicated to the Hindu goddess Barahi. Accessible by boat, the temple is a vibrant pilgrimage site and offers stunning lake and mountain views.
End your day by visiting the Seti River. It's a popular spot for adventure activities like rafting and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan foothills.
