- To reserve a slot for any of our travel services, customers must pay a non-refundable reservation deposit at the time of booking. The amount of this deposit will be specified during the booking process.
- A booking slot is considered confirmed only after the reservation deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking to receive this confirmation
- The remaining balance of the travel cost must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation
