Day 1

Travelling to Ooty and Sightseeing

After an early start from Bangalore, we shall reach Ooty and proceed to Pykara Dam & Reservoir. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this scenic spot offers a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the calm waters and breathtaking views.

We shall check out the mesmerizing Pykara Falls, where the water cascades down the rocks, creating a spectacular sight. The sound of the waterfall coupled with the serene surroundings makes it a perfect spot for nature lovers.

After experiencing the beauty of Pykara Falls, we shall go to Wenlock Downs, a vast expanse of rolling meadows that offers a tranquil atmosphere. The Downs are ideal for a leisurely walk, with panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

Our next destination will be the Kamaraj Sagar Dam, followed by the picturesque Pine Forest. The dam is a popular spot for picnics and fishing, while the Pine Forest, with its tall, straight trees, offers a unique and serene environment perfect for photography.

As the day winds down, we shall visit Ooty Lake & Boat Club. This man-made lake is a favorite among tourists for its boating facilities, and the surrounding greenery adds to the charm. You can enjoy a peaceful boat ride here, soaking in the serene ambiance.

After a day full of exploration, we shall check in to our hotel in Ooty for a restful night.

Day 2

Ooty Sightseeing & Travel Back to Bangalore

We shall start our day by exploring the famous Botanical Gardens in Ooty. These gardens are home to a wide variety of plants and trees, including rare species, and are beautifully landscaped. A walk through the gardens is both refreshing and educational.

We shall then proceed to the Tea Factory & Museum, where we shall check out the fascinating process of tea production. The museum offers insights into the history of tea in the region, and you can also enjoy a cup of freshly brewed tea here.

Our final destination for the day will be Dodabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris. The peak offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys, making it a must-visit spot. On clear days, the view stretches for miles, offering a perfect end to our trip.

After soaking in the beauty of Dodabetta Peak, we shall check out from Ooty and begin our journey back to Bangalore, bringing home beautiful memories of the trip.
