ITINERARY

Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 ft) in the Himalayas is an incredible winter trek, It's renowned for its breathtaking snow-covered mountains, often considered one of the best winter treks in the region.

Day 1 : Dehradun to Sankri Drive

Day 2 : Trek from Sankri (6400ft) to Juda Ka Talab (9050ft)

Day 3 : Trek to Kedarkantha base (11150ft)

Day 4 : Trek to Kedarkantha Peak (12500ft) and Descent to Hargoan Camp/ Juda Lake Campsite

Day 5 : Hargoan camp to Sankri and return to Dehradun

WHAT TO EXPECT

Kedarkantha (not to be confused with the popular Temple Kedarnath) is a 6-day long trek in Govind Pashu Vihar National Park in Uttarakhand (6 when including the travel days from Dehradun to the base camp and back). Kedarkantha is easily one of the most popular treks in India — popular amongst seasoned trekkers and beginners alike.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Accommodation: One night in a hotel or homestay, shared with three or four other individuals. Three nights will be spent in a tent with three persons sharing.
Transportation: A Sumo, Bolero, or Tempo Traveler will be arranged for the journey from Dehradun to Sankri and back, depending on the number of travelers.
Meals: All meals are covered, starting from dinner on day 1 to lunch on day 5. During the trek, we provide simple, healthy vegetarian food.
Snacks: Enjoy tea or coffee in the morning and evening, along with small snacks and soup while trekking.
Equipment: Tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, a dining tent, and a tent with a toilet will be provided. Also, gaiters, micro-spikes, and a rope will be available if needed for the trek.
Guidance and Support: You'll be accompanied by experienced trek leaders and support staff throughout the trek.
Permissions: All necessary fees and permissions are included.
Medical Assistance: A basic first aid kit, including an oxygen meter and cylinder, will be provided for emergency situations.
