M. Chinnaswamy Stadium

    Bangalore, Karnataka, India, is home to the M. Chinnaswamy Arena, often known as the Chinnaswamy Stadium, which is a cricket arena. The stadium bears the name of M. Chinnaswamy, who served as the BCCI's (Board of Control for Cricket in India) previous president. The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) Stadium was the previous name of the stadium. Constructed in 1969, the stadium can accommodate more than 50,000 seats and is renowned for its electrifying ambiance during cricket matches. Numerous domestic and international cricket matches, including Test matches, One-Day Internationals (ODIs), and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), have taken place at the venue.

The Karnataka cricket team plays its home matches at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, which has hosted a number of high-profile events, including Test matches against highly regarded sides like Australia and England. The wicket at the stadium is renowned for being flat and batting-friendly, which presents a difficult pitch for bowlers.
