Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Guwahati | Journey to Kaziranga

Upon landing at Guwahati Airport or arriving at the Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative.

The drive from Guwahati to Kaziranga takes about 4 to 5 hours.

Along the way, you can stop at local dhabas to savor a cup of Assam tea or enjoy some traditional Assamese snacks.

Once you reach Kaziranga, check in to your pre-booked hotel.

Spend the rest of the day resting, getting ready for an adventurous day at Kaziranga National Park tomorrow.

Day 2

Kaziranga Wildlife Adventure | Umiam Lake Visit | Drive to Shillong

Start the day with an early breakfast and head out for an exciting 2-hour jeep safari in Kaziranga National Park, where you can spot one-horned rhinos and other fascinating wildlife.

After the safari, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Shillong, which takes around 6 to 7 hours.

On the way, stop by Umiam Lake, where you can enjoy a boat ride or simply relax by the water.

In Shillong, visit the Don Bosco Museum for cultural insights, take a stroll around Ward's Lake, and unwind at Lady Hydari Park, which features gardens and a mini-zoo.

Check into your hotel in Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Shillong to Cherrapunji

After a hearty breakfast in Shillong, set off for Cherrapunji, which is a 2-hour drive.

For all the folks seeking adventure, there's a trek to the beautiful Rainbow Falls.

Return to your accommodation in Cherrapunji for the night.

Day 5

Journey to Dawki

Start your day with a delicious breakfast.

Drive to Dawki, a journey that takes about two and a half hours.

In Dawki, check into a cozy camp at the 100 Waterfalls Campsite. After settling in, begin your sightseeing for the day.

Visit Living Root Bridges, Shnongpdeng Village, and Mawlynnong Village, and admire the iconic Shnongpdeng Bridge.

Experience the clear waters of the Umngot River, and enjoy a boat ride (optional, at your own cost).

In the evening, relax with a cozy bonfire and a delicious barbecue.

Spend the night in comfortable camps, where you'll enjoy a hearty dinner.

Day 6

Dawki to Shillong | India-Bangladesh Border

After a delightful breakfast, depart from Dawki and drive back to Shillong.

Witness the stunning Krang Suri Falls.

Spend the night in a comfortable hotel in Shillong.

Accommodations

A 3-star hotel ( on all the days except Day 4) and a cozy camp accommodation on the fourth day under double/triple occupancy. Check in to your hotel and complete the necessary formalities. Also, the rooms being allotted upon arrival are only for freshening up (on a sharing basis) and are separate for men and women. After completing the sightseeing on day 1, the same rooms as well as additional rooms will be allotted on double occupancy. In case rooms are readily available, they will be allotted on arrival. In rare scenarios where there is any delay in checking in to your hotel rooms, our tour captains will take you to a nearby place to explore to keep you occupied.
