Houseboat Sunset Trip Policies
Confirmation Policy
- A confirmation of the booking voucher will be issued within 24 hours after making a booking, based on availability with the service provider.
- In case of unavailability, an alternative option will be offered for the traveler's consideration. Alternatively, the traveler may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
- If a cancellation is made 3 days or more prior to the travel date, no cancellation fees will apply.
- For cancellations made between 1 to 3 days before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- If a cancellation occurs within 1 day of the travel date, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, alternative options will be provided, but cash refunds will not be offered.
