Grand Island Scuba Diving Policies
Confirmation Policy
- The customer shall recieve an email confirming the slots within 24 hours of booking.
- If the requested slots are not available, an alternative schedule at the customer's choice will be arranged & a new confirmation e-mail will be sent.
- The customer also has an option of cancelling the booking any time before confirmation and is entitled for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation costs are going to be applicable in case of cancellation made three days or more prior to the date of activity.
- There will be cancellation costs equal to 40.0% of the total booking cost if the cancellation is made one to three days before the scheduled departure date.
- The entire booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than one day before the day of activity commencement.
- Certain tours and events may be canceled on account of unfavorable weather conditions, union disputes, government limitations, or any other uncontrollable situations. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won't be a financial return available, though.
